• What kind of yoga does Salt & Soul offer?

    Salt & Soul offers a range of Classes for adults of all levels. Some of our classes include Beginners Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Pre-Natal Classes, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Iyengar and Chair Yoga. We also have monthly workshops including Sound-bath Meditations, Yoga and Kayak Adventures, Shells Yoga & Brunch Club and many more workshops from guest teachers both local and international.   • Which class do you recommend for Beginners?

    Our teachers are all experienced in offering modifications of different poses for beginner students, and more advanced modifications or progressions for the more experienced yogis. However, we find that most students that are new to yoga prefer to start with our Beginner Flow. We recommend you try a range of times and teachers to find out what speaks to you. Take a look at out class descriptions for more information.

  • Do I have to wait for Week 1 to start and what is the best pass to buy for first timers?

    No - you can start at any point. Check out our pricing page for more info on our passes. We recommend purchasing our intro offer and trying as many classes as you can in 30 days.

  • Can I join Vinyasa Yoga if I am a beginner?

    Yes! All our classes are open level and our teachers will modify poses to suit your needs.

  • How do I create an account and book into a class?

    Use our website to book in and create your account. Once you have done this, you can then download the Momence App, Login and book you classes on the go.

  • Do I need to book to attend classes?
    Yes! Pre-booking online is required via the website or using the Momence App. Please be aware that you will be charged a no-show fee if you book into a class and then fail to attend - please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.

  • Can I book a friend in to a class with me?
    Yes, You can book yourself and a friend in to a class under your name or your friends.

  • Can I bring my children to a class?

    Yes. Children aged 12 or over may attend Yoga with a parent or guardian. Children aged 16 or over are welcome to attend solo. If in doubt, please call the studio or talk to one of our teachers for advice.

  • Do you have child minding facilities?

    No. Children are not permitted to wait in the studio while you practice.

  • Do you offer private classes or corporate sessions?

    Absolutely! Just email your inquiry to Rachel at info@saltandsoul.ie

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, free parking is on-site.

  • I am pregnant, can I come to any class?

    You are welcome to try some of our gentle classes if you are already an experienced yogi, past your first trimester and with your doctors consent. If you have never practiced yoga before we believe you would get more benefit from a prenatal class. If you have any questions please call us in the studio and we can discuss it with you further or put you directly,

  • Can I buy a gift voucher?

    Yes. You can purchase one in our studio, or if you set up an account, you can purchase this through the Buy Gift Card tab in the prices section on our website.

  • Do I need to bring my own mat?

    If you have your own yoga mat please bring it along. If not, no worries, we have plenty in studio that you are welcome to use.

  • What shall I wear?

    Yoga: Light, stretchy, comfortable clothing.

    Meditation: Warm, comfortable clothes. Bring a water bottle. We have filtered water available. No shoes are allowed in our Yoga studio.

  • Can I buy a few classes at once?

    Speak to our friendly front desk team about our intro passes or any of our 5 ,10 or 20 Class Passes or you can check out pricing page for details.

  • How do I prepare for my first class?

    Come prepared to sweat and have a bit of fun, most importantly! Ensure you are hydrated and have not eaten for at least 1.5-2 hours before class. We recommend you try to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the class starts so you have time to sign in, grab a mat, fill up your water bottle (no glass please) and get settled! We do have a strict no-late-entry policy.. Please also check out our guide to preparing for your first class

  • What is your late cancel and no-show policy?

    If you need to cancel, this can be done at least 8 hours before class. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone, email or social media. If you’ve booked using a ‘Drop In’, or multi class pass any no shows or absences will result in forfeiting that visit. 

  • Can I gift a Class Pass to someone else?

    Of course you can! If you'd like a friend to come along, or know someone who could use a little more fitness, clarity and peace in their life, gifting them a class pass is one of the best ways to help out. They'll surely thank you when they're standing on their head.
