Here our a few useful tips for getting the most out of your class
Before your class
- Arrive 15 minutes before class so you have time to check in and grab a mat- we have a strict no late-entry policy
- Make sure you are well-hydrated
- Don’t eat for 2 hours before class
- Wear light, fitted clothing
Bring with you on the day
- A yoga mat – alternatively we have complimetary yoga mats in the studio
- Water – you can refill with our filtered water
- A smile, a good attitude and a willingness to sweat
